Most attendees begin their Whistler experience with a touchdown into Vancouver International Airport. Named North America’s best airport (2011) arriving here is like walking into a First Nations Gallery punctuated by waterfalls, nature vignettes and stunning architecture and shops.

From here, your people are typically met by meet and greet staff who escort them to chartered ground (motorcoach, sedan, limousine); air (floatplane, helicopter) or rail departures. Our transportation and hospitality partners are pros at delivering logistics and moving your people safely, efficiently and reliably in most languages.

Regularly scheduled motorcoach departures are available from the airport or downtown. In the summer, a regularly scheduled train departs in the morning from North Vancouver.
