Getting Here

While nothing compares to actually being in Whistler, the journey to get here comes pretty close. That’s because the two-hour drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to Whistler traces the spectacular Sea to Sky Highway, which National Geographic has voted one of the ten most scenic drives in the world.

Where's Whistler

As the crow flies, Whistler is located in British Columbia, Canada approximately 115 kilometers, 70 miles and 1.5 hours north of Downtown Vancouver and 2 hours from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Direct airlift into YVR is excellent:

Float Planes

Most attendees begin their Whistler experience with a touchdown into Vancouver International Airport (YVR) which was voted Best Airport in North America for the eighth consecutive year in the Skytrax World Airport Awards.

After touching down into Vancouver, your group is typically met by meet and greet staff who escort them to chartered ground - motorcoach, sedan and limousine or air - floatplane, helicopter. Your delegates can connect to WiFI, network with other travellers or simply sit back and enjoy the views. Our transportation and hospitality partners are pros at delivering logistics and moving your people safely, efficiently and reliably in most languages. The 2 hour drive from YVR to Whistler on the Sea to Sky Highway takes you along the shores of Howe Sound, up into the Coastal Mountains. Passing by many unique and spectacular natural formations; such the Stawamus Chief - one of the largest granite monoliths in the world and Blacktusk - a stratovolcano and a pinnacle of volcanic rock.
